So, how could we help local musicians by providing a creative web platform for maximum exposure while minimizing costs? We had an idea...

The Answer

We channel our energy into creating a perfect skeleton website specifically designed to promote bands. As no two bands are the same, musicians provide the flesh that will make the website like their music - unique. We design and provide all the flashy features expected of a professional website, but each skeleton will grow into an individual, shaped by the band’s own personality.

The Cost

The total cost of your awesome new website, is the staggeringly tiny sum of £199.99!

The cost is in two parts.

One goes to a hosting company^[?] to pay for your Domain Name^[?] and Hosting^[?] - that comes out at £22.99 (or optionally £29.99 if you need a lot of capacity) and is charged once a year.

The second goes to us, and gets you your unique, eye-catching site design, costing £177.

There aren't any hidden costs and the web browser you're using right now is all the software you need.

The Goods

So Project: Exposed was born and its growing. All the complex code for the features of your site is already written. All you need is for us to put a great design on top of it that fits your act and wows your fans!

With an Exposed site, you get:

A Domain Name. During the setup process, we sort you out with a full domain name, so if your band is called "Drive Shaft", your website can be www.driveshaft.com.
Band Email, all your band members can have an email address, so you could be charlie@driveshaft.com.
A totally awesome look for your new website. Great graphics and quality features. Your fans will love it and the industry folks will know you're serious about your act.
Main Blog Page. Your main page can carry news, reviews, articles and stories about your band and its exploits. You don't need to know anything technical about running a website, the Exposed system gives you a simple password link to follow which gives you access to a page where you can update your Blog simply by typing or pasting text into a form.
Photo Gallery Page. A page for all your gig photos, promo shots, pictures of your new CD and any other images you fancy letting your fans see. Your Exposed password lets you upload images straight to the Gallery page from your PC.
Gigs Page. When you have a gig coming up, slap in your password and fill in a form - the Gigs Page updates immediately. For each Gig you can set up a whole range of details so that your fans know your gig is a must-see!
Music Page. You can upload clips or whole tracks in MP3 format. They'll be automatically set up so that fans can play them with single click.
Contact Page. We can set up an email contact form so that folks can contact you straight from the website. If you like, we can also put a Mailing List Signup form on the Contact Page. Its a great way to keep in contact, let them know about gigs, new demos and merchandizing. Make your fans work for you, get them involved!

Photography. Still not enough? If you're in the southwest, we'll throw in a short photo shoot by acclaimed band photographer Ivor Hawthorne and the terrific images he comes up with can be used to build the graphical theme for your Exposed site. (Subject to availability. Although the shoot itself is free, you'll be charged for Ivor's travel expenses).
